I tulpaforced for my first time in a while today, shit felt good.
>not going to be updating my blog at all until summer
A quick update, nothing interesting has happened in terms of my tulpa. I guess I’m making progress? who knows, but I’m going to keep going.
Yesterday and today I used the solar plexus technique where I channel traits and emotions I want my tulpa to have into a ball and send it to her. I’m gonig to take a break from visualization to continue doing this until I feel done. I didn’t feel anything special the last two times I did it so I’m going to try focusing a lot more. Total time tulpaforcing: ~ 8 hours.
I just had a very pleasing 30 minute session. I began with Twilight, but something seemed off so I decided to stick with Lyra for now. I am finally beginning to see some progress in my visualization. We listened to http://lapfox.bandcamp.com/track/winter-pond while I imagined us relaxing in a shallow body of warm water under a light snowfall. I began to practiced feeling her which went pretty well.
Before I started on Lyra, I was beginning to make a tulpa of Twilight. I am still torn on which one to make…or to make them both… I’m definitely not going to leave them even if they are just figments of my imagination. I just need more practice, and time. Nothing else to report but I hopefully will get much more progress in the summer. I know I said that with spring break but I get tired during sessions too easily. I’m working on it.
Last night I thought it would be a good idea to swallow 6 benadryl. I didn’t like it. I couldn’t sleep forever and I just felt awful and nervous as I tossed and turned half asleep. Protip: Don’t do this. Anyways, I am lucky to have a 4 day weekend right now so I’ll try to make the best of it in terms of Tulpa creation. I’m still inching on with visualization. ~6 hours in.
Iv’e decided to make a wonderland. It’s going to be all peaceful and shit. Theres gonna be a fucking beach and a big ass circular bed to chill in. I might post a drawing of it later. Visualization is still in progress and it seems to be hitting a dead end, but I’m not going to give up. total time Tulpaforcing - 5 hours
